A very clever wedding.

I'm a Scrabble nut. It's actually one game I can beat my hubby at. ;) So, imagine my delight when I came across Terra & Paul's adorable wedding over at Ruffled. They incorporated a subtle Scrabble theme in very clever ways (see photos below).

Pantone wedding swatches.

You know how some things seem so obvious that it's a wonder they didn't exist before? That's how I feel about Pantone's involvement in the wedding world. Well, they recently collaborated with Dessy to create a color guide of 194 swatches—all of which are available as dresses in the Dessy collection. The color guide's usefulness will go far beyond that, however. Brides will be able to dream up color palettes, use the swatches to better communicate with vendors, and so on. November in Seattle means rain... and lots of it. This morning, I'm trying very hard to find inspiration in it. It's Monday already? =) I worked in a letterpress shop all weekend (so fun!) and spent Saturday evening dressed like ikura (salmon roe sushi).
